Does Your Pocket PC Think It's 2014?

Since the New Year, Epocrates has heard from some customers with Pocket PC/Windows Mobile OS devices that their Epocrates application has suddenly expired. This is being caused by the date on their device jumping forward to 1/1/2014.

This is not an Epocrates-specific problem, but Epocrates would like to help you address the issue if it happens to you!

To reset your date and restore your Epocrates software:

   1. Close all your applications.
   2. Set the date on the device to the correct date (on the home screen, tap on the clock icon and then tap the down arrow next to the date to change it).
   3. Sync your device while connected to the Internet.

If you need help, please don't hesitate to contact the Epocrates Customer Support team:
Call Epocrates Toll-free at 1-800-230-2150 OR email Epocrates at support@epocrates.com.
